Account Executive

We are seeking a motivated and mission-driven Account Executive to join our sales team as we dramatically grow the number of businesses (farms & food manufacturers) and workers who are using the Ganaz platform. The Account Executive will have a deep understanding of customer needs and be able to demonstrate how Ganaz’s products meet those needs, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close. This role reports to the VP of Sales and is remote, but the candidate will need to live in their region in order to meet and serve customers in person. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for growing awareness and demand for Ganaz’s products and positioning Ganaz as an industry leader. The marketing manager will work with colleagues to define and implement branding; define and implement a marketing strategy; and lead a team of internal and external content and graphic design people to execute the new branding and marketing strategy. The VP of Growth and Customer Care will lead our sales, marketing, customer success and customer support functions, with primary responsibility for revenue growth, customer retention and customer satisfaction. At Ganaz, our customers are both business (farms & food manufacturers), and the workers who use our financial services, so this role will lead the strategy and teams that grow our revenue and fulfill our mission by serving both businesses and agriculture workers. This role reports directly to the CEO and will have a huge impact on the success of our company and the impact we can make in our industries and in the lives of workers.
