Mark a message as handled

This feature will help you to identify messages that have already been resolved so you can focus on the ones that are still outstanding. This feature is especially useful for working as a team, given that each teammate will be able to see at glance messages that have already been handled by anyone else in the team. 

  • Click the Inbox tab on the left side menu.

  • Click on the message.

  • Click on Mark as Handled on the bottom right of the page.

  • A green check mark will appear next to the message ✅  so that any admin in the account can see that this issue has already been handled, without having to click into the message. 

  • If you wish to know who handled a particular message, click on the message and the details will appear.
