Mark a message as handled

This time-saving productivity feature will help you to identify messages that have already been resolved so you can focus on the ones that are still outstanding. This feature is especially useful for working as a team given that each teammate will be able to see at glance messages that have already been handled by anyone in the team. 

  • After resolving the issue related to the message, click Mark as Handled

  • A green checkmark will appear next to the message ✅ so any of the admins in the account can see that this issue has already been handled without having to click into the message. 

  • If you wish to know who handled a particular message; click into the message and the details will appear.
