Photo Upload for Sick /Absent & Late Reporting
In order to make the sick/absent reporting process easier for your workers and for the HR department, you can activate the photo upload feature to allow workers to send a picture of their doctor's note or other documentation.
To activate the feature, email your Account Manager.
Worker texts to report they are sick.
Our bot will listen for keywords related to an employee being sick and send a link to upload a photo.
The worker can take a picture of their doctor's note and it will appear on the admin side of the Ganaz platform.
Done! You have documentation supporting the absence.
